Payment Policy 

100% payment is required at the time of booking.
Payment can be made via eTransfer to info@chaletprana.ca or online via our website at www.chaletprana.ca. 
 

Cancelation and Refund Policy 
 

7 days prior to check-in date: Full refund less an administration fee of $50. 
4 days prior to check-in date: Subject to 50% deductions of the full booking price. 
Less than 48 hours prior to check-in date: No refund.
 

If a government lockdown occurs and short terms rentals are banned outright for the dates of the Guest’s stay and the ban does not allow the Agent/Owner to honour bookings made, the booking will be cancelled and monies paid will be refunded less an administration fee of $50.
 

If a breakdown should occur to fundamental elements such as water systems, plumbing and electrical systems, and major appliances such as stove or refrigerator, every effort will be made to repair or replace, or an appropriate refund will be made for the inconvenience caused. This does not apply to system breakdown caused by misuse, such as plumbing blockages caused by inappropriate use of sanitary facilities.
 

The Owner is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond his control. Similarly, there will be no refunds for inclement weather or any nuisance afforded by the natural elements of vacation rental living such as flying insects or the animal population.
